Think Place Agency is supporting the Hollywood Partnership is supporting the Hollywood Partnership in their effort to define new sub-districts/nodes that will enable cross-industry partners to:
Establish new brands and “selling points” for businesses and visitors
Tailor promotion, leasing efforts, tenant mix, or business recruitment to the specific strengths of each sub-district
Customize placemaking activation and programming in the public realm for core audiences in each sub-district
Fine-tune planning, zoning and service delivery to the needs and aspirations of each sub-district
TPA is leading market assessment, place audits, and stakeholder engagement to guide the development of a vision statement, Marketplace Profile, Opportunity Area Maps, and placemaking/ economic development action plan for each sub-district.
The Hollywood Partnership anticipates launching the new sub-district brands in 2026, positioning Hollywood as a collection of iconic, experience- driven places united under one global address ahead of 2026 FIFA and 2028 Olympics.
