Aligning the West Village BID around a shared vision, mission, priorities, and strategic direction.

Think Place Agency is supporting the West Village BID as it defines a strategic framework to guide future investment and resource management. On June 11, 2026, TPA facilitate the West Village BID’s first strategic planning workshop, marking an important milestone in the organization's evolution. As the BID enters its fourth year of operation, the workshop provided an opportunity for Board members to step back from day-to-day activities and begin defining a long-term vision, strategic priorities, and organizational direction for the future.

TPA continues to support Board and community engagement efforts.

The staff and Board of the West Village BID will utilize the strategic framework to prioritize initiatives and efforts led by the organization, and to guide decision making processes internally.
