Rightsizing the rezoning and comprehensive plan for Noble Road
Think Place Agency supported the City of Cleveland Heights in its effort to prepare a comprehensive plan for Noble Corridor and its surrounding neighborhoods that builds on the strengths of the community. TPA developed the Noble Corridor Market Assessment, a critical part of this process to ensure the community is equipped with the data to attract investment to the corridor and to align planning and policy decisions with real market opportunities in the City.
The Noble Corridor Market Assessment is intended as a comprehensive analysis of both the current and potential future economic conditions of the commercial corridor, including an evaluation of market opportunities in retail, office/light manufacturing, and multi-family housing development.
